Important Notes
- Payment: The room rates listed are prepaid rates. Please ensure full payment of your room charges is completed before April 1, 2025.
- Booking Deadline: The deadline for booking is April 1, 2025. After this date, room availability and rates will be subject to the hotel’s discretion.
- Cancellations: For any cancellations, please notify the contact person of Shanghai Aorunte before April 1, 2025. Otherwise, the hotel will charge a one-night cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: If you fail to check in to your confirmed hotel room, you will be charged for one night’s stay.
- Hotel Shuttle Service: Hotels marked with a “free shuttle” symbol offer complimentary shuttle bus services between the hotel and the exhibition venue.
These services are provided by Orient Event Service for guests who book their accommodations through show management.
Travel & Transportations
Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) is located in Pudong New Area of Shanghai and easily accessible by using many means of transport. The public traffic interchange named “Longyang Road Station” for buses, metro lines and maglev, stands around 600 meters apart from SNIEC. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the “Longyang Road Station” to the fairground.
